Asaya is an advisory firm built on a simple observation : most strategic decisions are made by people too close to see them clearly. We bring the perspective the room cannot generate, the analytical rigor of fifteen years on capital markets, and a network we have used carefully across geographies and situations.
Most strategies fail not because they are wrong, but because they never get executed. Boards align on a direction. Investors approve a thesis. Operators understand the playbook. And then nothing moves, because no one is positioned to make it move. This is where Asaya comes in. We are the trigger that turns deliberation into action.
Our work rests on two complementary movements. Strategic Advisory is the diagnosis : reading what others miss, framing the decision, stress-testing the case. Business Development is the activation : the right call, the right introduction, the conversation that unlocks the next move.

How We Engage

Their value depends entirely on how they are handled. We protect the relationships we have built over fifteen years across capital markets, entrepreneurship, and operating roles, and we put them to work only when there is genuine alignment between the parties.
Founder
Founder, Asaya
Yann started his career on capital markets as an equity analyst, spending more than a decade between a top-ranked equity broker (Exane BNP Paribas) and a Paris-based hedge fund (Verrazzano Capital). On the sell side and the buy side, he developed a rigorous approach to evaluating companies, stress-testing investment theses, and reading the dynamics of capital markets across cycles.
He then transitioned to entrepreneurship and founded a real estate investment platform (Adam Stone), where for eight years he sourced and structured deals on a proprietary basis and on behalf of third-party investors. As a principal, he raised capital, negotiated with corporate counterparts, and operated transactions end to end, gaining direct exposure to the operational and human realities that purely analytical roles rarely surface.
Most recently, he founded FX Hedge, a platform combining advisory and technology around multi-currency cash management and FX risk hedging, extending the same logic of practical, execution-focused finance.
This trajectory, from institutional analyst to entrepreneur to founder of multiple ventures, gave Yann an unusually broad network across two domains that rarely intersect: corporate and institutional finance on one side, fundraising and entrepreneurial investment on the other. Asaya is the natural extension of this experience.
